At K&J Photography, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients during all photoshoots. Our studio is located on private property, and by booking and attending a photoshoot with us, clients acknowledge that they are entering private premises at their own risk.
By participating in the photoshoot, clients voluntarily assume all risks related to their presence at the studio, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or accidents involving photography equipment or property conditions. K&J Photography, its owners, employees, or contractors will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring on the premises or during the photoshoot.
Clients agree to exercise caution while on the property and to notify the photographer of any safety concerns. By proceeding with the photoshoot, clients confirm that they have read and understand this disclaimer and assume all associated risks.
